For those residents who like to take a weekend ride around the Art Museum or hit the Trails in Wissahickon Park, or just want the convenience of biking instead of driving, we offer a private lock up for your bikes.
The Dorchester bicycle room is located in the garage, and provides residents with a safe and secure space to store their bicycles.
In order to access the Dorchester Bike Room, each resident must register their bicycle in the Management office. Each bicycle requires an annual fee of $15. After the completed forms are returned to the office, and payment has been made, the resident will receive a key to the bicycle room and will be issued a current Bicycle Registration sticker.* The Bike Room is accessible only through the garage, 24 hours a day.
Please remember that Condominium rules do not allow bicycles to be taken through the lobby. During package room hours, you may use the back entrance to transport your bicycle using the freight elevators. Any deviation from the Bike room rules will result in termination of bicycle room privileges.
If you have any questions or cannot make it to the Management office during business hours, please contact Resident Services to make other arrangements.
* The bike registration stickers are currently blue! If you do not have a blue sticker, please contact Resident services in the Management office for a new sticker.
