Inspections
The Maintenance Department will perform inspections on empty Units for Investor Owners.  We will give a detailed report of Unit condition as well as repairs needed. At this time we will also replace any burnt out bulbs.

Units 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18       $65.00

Units 1, 5, 6, 10                                                 $75.00
