CAMCO Management Company

CAMCO has been the Dorchester's management company since 1999 and directs the Dorchester's management program.  In this capacity CAMCO provides services for property, financial and administrative management.  Phil Harvey, CAMCO's Chairman works with the Dorchester in guiding physical property programs such as roof repairs and maintenance of the mechanical systems.  In the financial area, CAMCO prepares the annual budgets and monthly financial statements, collects receivables, pays the bills, and invests the Association's funds. CAMCO also provides administrative support including insurance placement and computer services.  For more information, visit CAMCO's website.  http://www.camcomgmt.com/
