Parking service in Center City Philadelphia is a must for any luxury community, especially on Rittenhouse Square. The Dorchester is one of the few buildings on the Square that offers a private garage with valet parking. When space is available, guest parking can be arranged through the Management office, by calling Resident services. The Dorchester garage rates are reasonable and the money spent is well worth the convenience.

**As of Fall 2007 our garage began much needed rennovations. Parking for Owners/ Residents will continue during these repairs.
Parking in our Garage is limited to regular size vehicles only. If you have a Guest coming in, please advise them that we do not accept Trucks, SUV's or Vans. We have a very limited amount of space available for larger vehicles, and that space is already filled.*
